Kennedy Center Unions Stand in Solidarity With Terminated IATSE Members

We stand in solidarity with IATSE members who work in the Kennedy Center Instant Charge and Group Sales and Subscription departments who have been terminated in violation of their union contract. IATSE members are essential to the Kennedy Center’s present and future operations. Management’s attempt to use the temporary pause in Kennedy Center operations to eliminate union jobs and violate IATSE members’ rights is an affront to all Kennedy Center union arts workers. We urge Kennedy Center leadership to respect IATSE members’ union contract and reverse course.
